1. Service Overview

MAKE-A-BONG provides custom glass piece creation services both online and locally. Our services include the conversion of various items into functional glass pieces, such as bongs.

2. Refund Policy

Broken Items: If any item is damaged while being made into a functional glass piece, you are entitled to request a full refund. Please ensure to report any such issues immediately.

3. Product Testing and Quality Check

We conduct thorough product testing and quality checks to ensure that all items meet our standards before they are handed over to the customer.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

Return Acceptance: We do not accept returns of any glass pieces after they have been given to the customer unless one of the following conditions apply:
 

• Leaking

• Cracks along the drilled hole

• Technical Issues: If you experience any of these issues, please contact us immediately for assistance.

• Sentimental Value: Customers understand that MAKE-A-BONG cannot compensate for the sentimental value or the original cost of the bottle (e.g., bottle, vase) provided by the customer.

• Return Window: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt or before the item has been used. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period or after the item has been used.

5. Age Requirement

Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

MAKE-A-BONG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
