• If any of the following items break during shipping before getting to you. We will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund.

  • Bowl

  • Downstem (or L-shape downstem)

  • Grommet (black rubber ring)

• Customers have 14 days to return all item(s) to back to receive the full refund.

• Must be at least +21. 

• No return acceptance after 14 days or after use.

• If any items are broken during the process of making it into a bong the customer is allowed to ask for a full refund. 

• Approves product testing and quality check.

• The customer understands that MAKE-A-BONG services do not accept any bongs after they have been given to the customer unless the customer has one of the following technical problems …

  • Leaking

  • Cracks along the drilled hole

• Must be at least +21. 

• Customers understand that MAKE-A-BONG services cannot compensate for the sentimental value or cost of the bottle (bottle, vase, etc…) that the customer has paid for.

• No return acceptance after 14 days or after use.
